His communication was lightning-fast whether by email, text, or phone call. He sent us videos and photos of the vehicle the same day we asked and answered all our questions before we even made the drive. He made the decision to drive up easy. We made it clear that we needed a quick purchase and to be on our way within 1-2 days. We arrived at 5pm, had the deal done by 7pm, and picked up the car the next day around 4pm.
